Peaberry Coffee

Weight: 250g or 1,000g
Origin: Mt. Apo, Bansalan, Davao del Sur

Peaberry, known in Spanish as caracolillo, is a type of coffee bean. A normal coffee cherry contains two seeds and flattens the side where they meet. Sometimes, only one develops inside a cherry and there’s nothing to flatten it. Peaberries are estimated to make up to around 5–10% of a harvest.

Peaberry coffee beans are manually sorted and separated during the post-harvest process.

This peaberry coffee from mount Apo is “Natural” processed, 100% Arabica.
